Frequently asked questions

What can I expect at my first appointment?

Your first appointment is a relaxed, get-to-know-you session. We'll talk through what brings you in, your history and goals, and any questions you have about how I work. There's no pressure to have it all figured out — it's simply the start of the conversation, and a chance to make sure we're a good fit.

What insurances do you accept?

I'm currently in-network with BCBS PPO, Aetna PPO, and United. If you have one of these plans, we'll verify your specific benefits before we begin. Self-pay is also welcome.

What if I am out of network or don't have insurance?

That's completely fine. Self-pay sessions are $160, and a reduced sliding-scale fee is available on a case-by-case basis. If you're out of network, I can provide documentation (a superbill) you may submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement, along with a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs.
